My tv not working from last weekno channels r visible i have charged for it two year period. Ur tolfree no also not getting, ur requested look into it and resolve problem at the earliest, i m using ur setup box from last ten years i'm fladopoff non visibllity if channels, ur response is very poor can stop use o[censored]e disk. Gemini channels are not coming since 10 months.now, even star maa and zee telugu channels are also not coming. what is this disturbance.you are suffering customers. finally i want to take another dth.

I have recharged it with 1499 . It is showing smart card error 104 . Plz solve the issue

I have recharged one month back for 1 whole year, still not able to see ZEE and STAR channels. I have called big TV customer care, they have literally cut the call. This is really disappointing and ridiculous.

Can you provide the details why I am not able get the services for which I have paid.

    My consumer no. Is[protected].
    I have done recharge of reliance dish tv on 22.02.2018 of amount 1499/- but setup box not working from very next day of recharge.
    I called at customer care no. They told that technician will come at your place to see the problem, so pay the charges of technician first of amount 179/-
    I paid rs.179/- on 04.03.2018 but till yet no one has come for repairing..
    We tried several times to call customer care but they are not receiving the call from our number.. What should we do for such inconvenience from your side..
    Kindly refund us our money of rs.1499 and rs.179 as soon as possible.

      This is one of the worst #ing service... They don't botger about customers... At first they removed few channels... Now they also removed few more entertaining channels... Thier #ing numbers doesn't work at all... Wtf... Worst fellows.. No proper #ing response...# you... What is this... Get wexed with your service... No proper informatiom... No proper correction.. Take care about customers.. Try to respect them

        I mr. Harshad shinde have prebooked reliance big tv on 01.03.18. Rs 499 also deducted from my account. But neither any confirmation message nor any reference no received this regard. I have contacted ur customer care many a times but they also not able to confirm about this. Many a times my call was disconnected by customer care without any reply.
        In view of the above you are requested let me know whether my reliance big tv is prebooked or not. If booked then give me reference no/confirmation no plz. If not booked, then tell me about this and refund my amount plz.

          Dear support,

          We are receiving the same message like there is a technical issues and will be resolved. When we enquire the same, customer care replies as it will be ready with 48 hours. This same message is disgusting and paining to us since 4 months. If you are not able to telecast, we request you to return our amount. It was a promise by one of the representative of reliance dth as if they are not able to telecast with in 48 hours, they will be returning my amount. I hold the voice recorded message of the same.

          Kindly help me out to resolve the issue.

                Since many days i.e. since 8-9 months we are unable to see many channels like marathi, Hindi, sports etc. Many I contact to your department but not positive & concrete solution. Your team is very weak to resolve technical issue. Now we see only paid channels. Your team always told us this is technical resolve within 20 days or many days then we paid monthly recharge.

                Please reverse my all payments/recharge since 8 months. Either resolve your issue on priority or today.

                  Dear sir, i m a reliance big tv customer since 5 years. I have paid for all channels but snowing only a few. Customer care of reliance big tv is not giving response. This is the second time for the last 6months. What do we do.compant nither attend the call not any answer. Serveral complains we have made but totaly in vein.
                  This is wrost service provider. We have no choice for portability.

                    They said they will discontinue later they came back at last minute stating that they will continue service. They asked to recharge did that for 6 months but service is not up. They are not reachable on their toll free you cannot submit any compliant or raise a service request for 175 rupee with no one returning any service...I wish communication ministry take action. I will tweet and email the ministry with a copy sent to media...I ask one and all to come together against this frogery ...

                      Service too bad we are paying money and they are providing very bad service only few channels we can watch because so many channels showing this channels is temporarily unavailable due to technical error. It's all being from last 5 months. And they have a customer care no:-[protected]. When i try to connect this no, its never connect. One it connected and i was hold for 45 mins, no response from customer care. If i pay for 270 channels why i will watch 30 or 40 channels only.

                        I have beem calling from 1 week, that error 400 is coming and i am not able to watch channels, From past one week they are sying that they have technical error and that their software is getting updated. They are bluffing that techician will arive next day, everytime i call. They are also not letting me speak to the senior, Such an ### people and such a bad service, I am asking them to take back their connection an refund my security, but they are not doing that also. Higly irresponsible customr care.

                          My smart card number is:[protected]. From the day it was announced that reliance dth is set to be closed many of the kannada and telugu regional channels are not being aired. When i contact customer care they rudely say that i can switch to other operators if required but they have no clue when all the channels will be restored. Every month i am activating the south silver pack, but from last 4 days none of the important regional channels are coming. The money paid is of no use because the channels i want is not being aired. Either refund the money or start airing all the channels as per subscription. This is probably the worst dth provider in the country right now. It is a pity that the customer care people have no idea when the channels are going to return. Please do the needful else we will have to raise a complain or move onto the new operator.

                            In 16 mar i prebook my big tv and complete the payment 499. But after booking i getting the error in payment detail (Not seeing any detail) and payment had been deducted from my account. Then after i contact to customer care they replied that it will be received within 48 hours but not received after 48 hours. Then contact after 48 hours they extend receiving booking details time, replied that details will received after seven days.
                            I have not any booking details and money had also been deducted from my account. They dont replied satisfactory answer.

                            Kindly resolve this problem. If you need bank bank transaction details i will send you. See attached picture.

                              Big tv smart card no.[protected].
                              We are not getting majority of the channels and regional language (Kannada) channels the day when reliance announced that big tv is closing and merging with tata sky. But no merger and finally we are not getting the channels in the package. We have paid the package amount in advance. If this continue, we will be forced to go out and complaint to the related department of i&b.

                                On 01 Mar 18 I booked for the pre booking offer by paying Rs 499/-, no confirmation message or receipt or email received till date. Customer care number always congestion. Amount deducted from my account .No one contacted yet. Mailed to them, but no any response from them. Hope not a fraud plan a get an easy corpus to repay the debts of ADAG group. Sitting fingers crossed .Will wait for a month ..Else will approach consumer court.

                                [protected] is out of service in four days.No recharge on one year plan RS1499 on 27/02/18.now TV showing ERROR 200.
                                Customer Care center isn't satisfied.please check this no.
                                This no not working after four days.TVshowing error 200. This no recharge on one year plan RS1499 on 27/02/2018.13/03/18 stop on the service. Customer Care can never responded on my call.Any time server down.what is the problem.please regard my problem

                                  My reliance digital tv/dth smart card number is[protected]. I paid rs.3355/- on 5, 6.10.2017 towards one year subscription.
                                  As big tv have abruptly removed some favorite tamil channels from the package, i switched over to local cable service and requested them to arrange refund of the amount paid. I stopped using their services from 15.10.2017.in spite of my letters dated 12.10.2017 and 25.10.2017 sent to them by registered post followed by emails, i have not received the refund till date. I was not able to contact their customer care telephone numbers also.

                                  I request immediate refund of the subscription amount paid online.

                                    This is to inform the concerned person from the concerned department, that from last 8 months i have been facing severe problem from the big tv dth what i have, as i am unable to get the channels as per the plan, many a time i have tried reaching you guys through mail or through phone i have not got any response so far and i am not sure i will get response now also.
                                    With repeated try finally i gt to spk to customer care but they told technical issues every time and it will be sorted out in few days,, days passed, weeks passed,, months passed but still many channels are going day by day, i seriously do not understand the way the anil ambani company cheeting the nation. It is seriously a big concern playing with customers and public money,
                                    I need immediate reply and solution.

                                    very very nonsense and big cheeting company, MR Anil ambani is trying to loot all public money through this
                                    very worst managed and low class customer care who dont even have the basic sense to speak to customer,
                                    every subscriber have been looted with big money by BIG tv, all subscriber together should sue them in the consumer court and the consumer court sud consider this review and take action against this idots
                                    I am facing the error type 2 when i did a reset and then on the first time installation page as i refersh channel i got this error
                                    (Error Type 2.) My signal strength is good that is more than enough i think so...,
                                    Why is this error for ERROR TYPE 2 ?

                                      I tried calling reliance big tv customer care today morning as i was not getting any channels in my tv, but the arrogant lady who attended the phone disconnected the call without even hearing my queries. People like her should be made to sit in her home and attend personal calls only as no one calling for a support is going to tolerate a conduct like this. We are paying for their service and the response we are getting is very poor. Representatives like her will spoil the company name itself. My mobile number registered with the connection is [protected]. If any concerned official can track my call and take an action against that lady, it would be really appreciated
