Hi, I have pre-booked the reliance big tv dth on29/03/2018 for multiple connections, the booking id is : 14539211, Receipt number : mh[protected], i tried calling on the toll free numbers provided on reliance big tv website ([protected]) ([protected]), both numbers are not working, i think reliance big tv is going to cheat it's customers, hence, i am no more interested in installing the dth set top box and would like to get my money refunded, i kindly request you to reimburse the amount i paid through credit card. I have booked a reliance big TV on 05/03/2018 then I received a message thank you for booking reliance big TV your installation will be done between 30 to 45 days but till date I haven't received any call from the company . Then I call there toll free number they told me another 3 to 4 weeks you wait . What I am doing for this matter.
