Reliance Bigtv — big tv pre booking details not received

Dear sir,
In 16 mar i prebook my big tv and complete the payment 499. But after booking i getting the error in payment detail (Not seeing any detail) and payment had been deducted from my account. Then after i contact to customer care they replied that it will be received within 48 hours but not received after 48 hours. Then contact after 48 hours they extend receiving booking details time, replied that details will received after seven days.
I have not any booking details and money had also been deducted from my account. They dont replied satisfactory answer.
Booking mobile number is [protected] and mail id is [protected]@gmail.com.
Kindly resolve this problem. If you need bank bank transaction details i will send you. See attached picture.

I have paid 499/- to avail Reliance Offer staring this March
However I have been waiting for any confirmation call or an email that the amount paid has been received and my request is under process.yet to receive confirmations.
It's been a week and still I haven't received any sort of communication
