Hi team,

I have booked rbig tv connection on 6th march 2018 and booking id is 14507218. Got a message installation will be done between 30-45 days but til now no response yet.

Is the connection will be provided? If not please refund the money at the earliest.

Every month we will get message as it will be installed in 30-45 days. I want to know the exact date.

Can i get the status and installation date?
