We got a cal from skye digital services for migration from big tv to skye, but they are asking for basic subscription of rs.200.
When we are the customers of big tv and it is shutting down, the further services tied up with other partners should be free of cost. Now who will direct on this as the customer care number is not working. This is severe inconvenience to customers and why should we pay for skye service provider when already we have paid around rs.2000 for reliance. Reliance big tv service provider is cheating innocent customers by this kind of extra subscription charges with their partner service provider. Digital service providers are playing their business games with innocent customers who are not even aware what's happening and imposing these kind of extra charges for their merge up process. If this is a merging process, then it should be completely free of cost, as already we have paid for big tv.
Providing alternatives to customer as big tv business license is expired makes sense, we agree. But why the hell we should pay for this when customer has already paid money in thousands.
