I have make a pre-booking of 4 reliance bigtv on 02 march 2018. I have couple the customer care a couple of time for the installation but every time they make some excuses that it will be installation within two weeks time, or in a week time or it have been given to the distributor and they will install in 3-4 days. But none of these excuses never happen. I have put mail twice, one to [protected]@reliancedigitaltv.com and another one to [protected]@rbtv.in as advised by the customer care.
I don't want anymore of the big tv anymore as i can't wait on forever. Please refund the amount.
