Reliance Bigtv — channel connection problem

Dear sir/madam
I beg to say that i recharged my big tv on 6 october 2017. I credited rs. 300 in my account but the channels didn't came it continuously showed that your account has been suspended. To assure this i again recharged my big tv account with rs. 100 on 9 october 2017 just to check whether the rates of my pack (Silver) have rised but unfortunately it again showed that your account has been suspended. I even called the customer care but i am very disappointed to say that your service is very slow and desperating. I never expected this. I just want to request you to render my channel services again.

Many channels are temporarily unavailable from past 1 week n customer care number is not responding...this is the 2nd time this is happening and fed up of this problem every month...and due to slight weather change there will be lot of service interruption. kindly look into the problem n resolve it...smart card number is[protected]
Reminder for last complaint
I'm trying to recharge my Big TV since last there days, doesn't matter whatever amount you put its saying invalid amount, tried recharge with PayTM.Mobikwik and several other payment gateway all gets failled.Even your customecare executives are not available since last two days. This is really frustrating
From the past 10days Colors Kannada channel, Sun TV channels, network 18 channels are not coming in my Reliance BigTV.
Kindly please look into the matter as quickly as possible or else I would take a harsh step by complaining in consumer court and even removing the connection of the Reliance BigTV services

It has been more than a week that colors channel & mtv hasn't been available only for reliance big TV users. Also your customer service number is not getting connected. Kindly do the needful. Really disappointed with your service.
My reliance customer id is[protected] ETV and GEMINI channels are not broadcasting since two weeks. Please check it and try to solve the issue at earliest otherwise you will loose your customers.
Colors TV and a lot more channels unavailable since a week.Moreover u make false promises of giving South Indian channels free with bronze pack..am paying for these advantage packs every month.Its pathetic unnecessary I've spent around 4k for a year.U guys are hypocrites.Please tell me the procedure to cancel ur package and setoff box!..
Whats wrong with big tv.not even a single call line is active to recieve complaints.donno whats reliance is going to do forward.sick helpline.figure out the problem and make justice for every penny you take.thank you
Sir my problem is that I am unable to upgrade my BIG TV into TATA SKY. Because TATA SKY assistant said they are unable to detect my information related with BIG TV.
And my second complain is that I am unable to make call you on your company number, I want to know why I am unable to contact you?
