Reliance Bigtv — channel not seen

We have reliance big tv from so many years.

But this time facing problem from one week.
There is 2 channel not seen in our tv.
Channel no - 220 - colors hindi and 942 - etv colors gujarati.

And error comes that there is technical error.

Please immediate solve this error, we want to see these both channel daily.

So please do the needful as early as possible.
