Reliance Bigtv — channels disabled

Since 4th october 2017 "all the sun network" channels are disconnected. Shows "temporarily not available". This problem is for not only my dth but also for others customers. I have trying to reach customer care several times. But they said "can't connect right now" and disconnected. I have tried all the phone numbers which they provided in their websites. But no reply. Its worst company ever i have seen. The worst scenario is i have recharged for one year. Its very disappointing after paying amount. Its acceptable for 1 day but more than 3 days its not acceptable.
