I have recharged my connection (Smart card no.[protected] with a pack of rs 5610 on 31.10.2017, but for about a month the channels like colors, sony, mtv, sports channels are not being received. I have contacted the customer care at[protected] but did not get a satisfactory answer. I am at loss in getting the services for which i have paid in advance.
