There are lot of customers are already complaining about this issue, but still reliance is not taking any action. Being one of the big firm, service is literally bad. I am sure, customers (Including me) are definitely swap to some other provider if the same message keep on coming. And big tv have a very pathetic customer care department, they are least bother about customers query and peoples need loads of patience to connect to them. When this issue can be settled, if we fail to pay even for single day, are they providing service, if they can't provide then why they do all this with customers money. I don't know whether the top management of reliance knows this issue. Henceforth i won't prepare any of reliance service. Was this information helpful? |
