Reliance Bigtv — channels unavailable | |||
We are not receiving channel number 220 (Colors) since 4 days. The message is as "channel temporarily unavailable due to technical reason. The service shall resume shortly. Please fix the issue asap & refund the money. My smart card # is[protected]. Also, the customer care number gets disconnected stating the operators are busy. When i raise an online ticket, the page doesn't go to the next page. I had written a mail, but there is no response. Bigtv service is so poor. Was this information helpful? | |||
