Hi, my smart card no.[protected], since last 10 days and above, channels are not coming, tv display shows error 400 signal lost. I have lodged a complaint to customer care, they told problem will solve by today morning, but nothing will happened, i don't know what you people thinking about customers, are we beggars? Shame on your digital tv service. Solve the problem today itself, otherwise refund my money i have paid for your worst service. If you not take this complaint seriously, i will go to consumer court.
