Sir I have booked reliance big tv connection on 02.03.2018 and paid rs499 i got sms that connection will be installed with in 30 to 45 days sofar no connection installed. Please cancell my booking and refund my booking amount of rs 499 as you have failed to give me connection within the stipulated time.
