Reliance Bigtv — connection suspended after recharging the amount | |||||
I have recharged the reliance big tv account yesterday on smart card#[protected] for rs 800 and now i see the connection is not resumed. I see error 200 since yesterday and when i am trying to call reliance big tv customer care it says "you have exceeded the limit to speak to agent" even before call getting connected to agent. Please look into the matter. I do not have any alternate # to call them. I have even emailed them on customer care # but still the issue continues.
