Smart card no.[protected]
I have done a recahrge of 500 25 days back, but till date the services are not resumed. While i am trying to connect with customer care they are not able to patch me up with an executive and the reason ivr is giving is that due to some emergency we are not able to connect u with our customer care representative, this has been going on from last 25 days. There is no response over mail.
There is no way to connect with bigtv officials to get my problem solved. I even tried twitter to seek help from them, but no response there either. Was this information helpful? |
