Reliance Bigtv — did pre booking with 499/- but no confirmation and no connection till now

I wuld like to inform you that i booked relaiance big tv under pre booking scheme of rs. 499/- on 02 march, 2018 and still now there is no update on this.
My booking id[protected].
It looks like the company has just made a fraud under the name of pre booking.
It has been more around 3 months and there is response from the company for the same.
