You being service provider and having collected the subscription amount for an year in advance, this is totally a cheating of your valid customers. Had this not been for grabbing lump sum payment from the customers and fooling them with your vague remarks"inconvenience regretted"shows your intention of making money . I cannot bear with your present attitude. Hence, I request you to restore the service forthwith or otherwise, return my money to enable me to select a service which is to my satisfaction.
