Reliance Bigtv — discontinue of dth services

We have recharged the offer of 2years subscription of rs2499 on 31jan2018 to our smart card no[protected] but from last 2months they have discontinued our services has 'signal lost' and when we complained to their customer care they are disrespecting us ending the calls. Since forth we expect to continue our services within 7days days with 2months of extra services because of discontinued services.
