Reliance Bigtv — dth

Hi,

I'm trying to contact your customer care for one month for re-installation of my dth as i have relocated from bangalore to hyderabad. But for the last one month i am getting the response that the customer care can't be contacted due to some emergency at your side. Please advice how long this emergency situation is going to persist & when you shall become capable to service customer requests?
