As per advertisement applied/pre booked for Reliance Big TV DTH connection on 01 Mar 2018 and accordingly paid initial booking amount of 499/-. As per advertisement the DTH connection with Set Top Box was promissed to be provided within 30 to 45 days . However till date it has not been provided. Every time I call help line No. [protected] I am told that by next week it will be given but that week has not come till date even after almost 10 Months. please look into it as crores or Rs. Has been collected by such a famous company and consumers r betrayed/cheated. Also no communication either sms or email has been sent by the company regarding delay.
