[Resolved] Reliance Bigtv — error 200 for paid channels

Getting error 200 (Unsubscribed channel) for all paid channels except from reliance home channel (This is coming properly) for my smart card no[protected]
Could you please help in getting my paid channels.
We have tried to contact the customer service, but its not getting connected. We have bought a new hd tv last week, we have done the recharge of 150rs and 200rs as it was not working for the first recharge.

My reliance big TV is causing huge issue from the last 1 month. And when I try to get in touch with representative they either don't respond and if respond by mistake, then provide us with vague response

I am getting blank screen. Kindly help me resolve this issue by sending a service engineer. The toll free numbers of reliance are not helping me on this.
