Reliance Bigtv — error 400 - signal lost from last 10 days, smart card no.[protected] | |
Since 8-10 days my reliance big tv dth connection (Smart card no[protected] is not working. Error 400 is shown for all subscribed channels. I have tried to contact local dealer but have not received any satisfactory reply. Even, the toll-free numbers of reliance big tv are not working. I have also registered a complaint at their official site, but no response was received from that end too. I have advance recharged reliance big tv dth connection for 1 year, in the month of august 2017, but i am not receiving any kind of services from them. It is really frustrating, humiliating and i'm really feeling helpless. Kindly guide in this concern/ let me know how to get this problem resolved. Thank you in advance. Dear sir main reliance big Tv ka 810 ka bronz pack ka recharge Karaya but customer care se active karana h Kai din se call kar Raha Hun care se bat nahi ho rahi call kar jati h daily or mera balance roj kat Raha h kiya koi pack activate karne ke liye customer care ko call karna zarroori h to call kiyo nahi receive kar rahe h
