Since last week i am training to get rid of error6 from my independent tv connection, but customer care is not helping out. They are just saying a technician will visit in 24 hours since last sunday (28/04/2019) but no one has yet came to resolve and calling again to customer care. They are stating the same that technician will come just have patience. Already 5 days are over how much patience independent tv needs from a customer to resolve an issue.
