[Resolved]  Reliance Bigtv — error type 2 problem from 15.0.2018

Address:Tinsukia, Assam, 786181

I have call the customer care of Reliance Big tv for several times, however my problem is not resolved.They told me to reset the setup box, removed card for 10 mins and still no result. I am getting error type 2 however my signal strength is good . I am disappointed with the service and customer service. Please help me in this regards.
