Reliance Bigtv — etv and sony tv channels are not coming since two months _[protected]

I am having bigtv connection since 2010,._[protected]. I am pleased with ur organisation. Since last 6months etv channels are not coming, inspite of repeated discussions with ur customer care. Also since last month sony tv channels too are discontinued. I would very much like to be ur customer in future also, so kindly resovle these small problems
