Reliance Bigtv — facing error 400 since the last one week, unable to get in touch with a customer representative on your customer service no. | |||
I have recharged my smart card #[protected] and applied for the silver sports package, however i am facing the error 400 issue when i switch on my set top box. I have been regularly calling up your customer service numbers since the last one week and lodged multiple complaints, but have not received one single call back. I have also tried reaching out to your customer service to talk to the representative in person, but the call never gets through. Need this issue resolved at the earliest, kindly help!
