Under The above matter It is Requested that My tv set Top Box showing Error 200 and i am unale to watch any programe. So many Time i contact to Helpline number but my phone can not connect service is always busy. A message on my mobile shows tha we conact you but result is nothing kindley solve my problem

I booked RBIG TV on 9th March with booking id 17500230. After booking, i got a message installation will be done in 30 to 45 days. But, it's been approx 13 months, but till now it's not installed even i didn't received any message or call from reliance side regarding installation. Now, i want my money back.
