I have paid 1999 rupees to independent tv for a new connection in hyderabad on 18th oct. Till date they haven't installed my connection. I am fed up with speaking with customer care and dropping emails for my connection status. They always responds saying that they will install within 7 working days. But that 7 days never came yet. I need an immediate installation or return my money back.

This is the message i got after my payment

"dear customer, welcome to independent tv family your booking id - r70002848 and installation will done within 10 to 15 working days."
