Reliance Bigtv — installation not done after five months of pre-booking

Dear sir/madam,

I had been booked reliance big tv in pre-booking on date 11.03.2018 against booking id[protected] with booking fee 500/- but till date i have not received any massage or call from reliance digital tv technical person within 160 days.
At a time of booking they tell me that we provide connection within 30 to 45 days.
I had tried many time calls and mail but no any response call/mail.

I think they made me fool and i have lost my pre-booking money.

Kindly i am request to you please give me right solution or other suggestion.
