Reliance Bigtv — installation not done and not ready to refund

I've booked 2 connection for rs: 499/- each for pune & nanded but still i've not received a call or mail of confirmation of my installation & i tried calling the customer care for 3 mon nobody received call & now they are not ready to refund my amount.
Booking id: 14512304 & 14512305.
The executive just kept the call without listening my whole conversation.
Please refund my amount as i am not required your connection.
