Reliance Bigtv — installation not done till yet and amount has been taken from me | |||||
I book 2 connections of reliance big tv and the installation period is over which is 30 to 45 days after that i made a call to customer care and i told them that the installation time is over so when you will do the installation and then she told me to wait for 2 weeks and i waited then after that i call them again and now they are telling me to wait for 3 more weeks so i request you don't buy this product and i want my refund back please. I have prebooked my digital tv with smart card number 12501234 and Receipt cum invoice No DL[protected] on 1st March 2018. But I haven't received any sms regarding the same till date. May I know when it will be installed and if the same is not possible what is the procedure of getting refund of the booking amount?
