Reliance Bigtv — migrated to tata sky what about my amount transferred to tata sky

As it is shown on tv screen i give missed call to [protected] tata sky reprsentive called us and changed set up box but recent news big tv tied up with veecon media, what a confusion announcement and the message that i am seen in reliance big tv website doesn't anything about migration to tatasky which i was seen, i lost my 7months subscription who ever responsibility for this. I want my money back to my tata sky account my reliance big tv a/c[protected] tata sky a/c [protected]
