Reliance Bigtv — money fraud

I have applied for your rbig tv connection in the month of march dated 9/3/ 2018 bearing booking id is 14515105. That time it is informed by email that installation will be done between 30 to 45 days.Despite of speaking to Customer care several times and sending so many emails connection has not been installed so far. They are making general public fool and strict action should be taken again Reliance Big TV. I would request that Rs 499/- booking amount alongwith interest may please be refunded to me at the earliest.
