Reliance Bigtv — more than 45 days completed but connection not installed

It is to bring in your notice that i have booked your rbig tv on dated 01/03/2018 but now its now more than 45 days and my connection not installed yet and for this i have already paid 499 rs online, my id no is 12506099, please install my connection asap or return my 500 rs, i found you are very slow service provider. Please do the needful as early as you can.
