Reliance Bigtv — new connection not provided till now

Hi,
I had registered for a new cable connection around 10th April, 2018 and paid Rs. 499 towards the registration charges.

The Booking ID given through to me is 17509426. I had sent several emails and called the customer care, there is no response to my emails. Whenever I called, customer care, they only given false promises that they will provide the same with in month. Till today I haven't got the connection nor company refunded me the amount by me.

Kindly help resolve this issue.
