Reliance Bigtv — no info about my independent tv

My independent tv is not installed
I ordered 2 months ago but not installed yet
When i call customer care they evertime reply that wait for 1 week but no solution
I already called customer care about 40-50 times but evertime same answer
At last when i called gurgaon dth distributor he told me that the company is providing material to install
Help me as soon as possible
