Reliance Bigtv — no installation after given time

Sir,

I bhupendra kumar sain, resident of new delhi, booked reliance digital tv new offer booking by paying rs. 500/- on 03.03.2018,, the time period was mentioned from 30 days to 45 days for the installation but even after completion of 54 days, no installation was done at my home, even after calling on customer care, no response is being given by reliance executives, i also written a mail to reliance digital tv, but no reply from there.

Finally i have decided to write a complaint that i have paid booking amount but even after completion of reliance digital tv's committed time no installation is done so kindly register a complaint against him and a suitable action may be taken..

Updated by bksain1981 I have not received any information about installation of dth at my home, i have called customer care of RDTV but all saying that they dont know exact date of installation, i have received a sms having date of 15 may for installation but till today no call received from RDTV regarding installation.

Please highlight this matter at top priority as there are thousands people have booked the RDTV and paid 500 rs. to Relaince but Relaince has not taking any step about installation of DTH at their home.
