Reliance Bigtv — no installation even after 130 days of pre-booking

Hi,

I have done pre-booking almost 130 days back and still, i am struggling to get the installation done. I have filed lot of complaints via their website/mail but not a single response. Over the call, they set a different deadline for installation everytime. A very poor piece of customer support.
My booking ID is 14514771.
I want an immediate resolution or full refund with interest!
