We are facing signal error for last two months. I have given complaints multiple times and now recently your customer care is not answering any call. Is it any possibility to withdraw my subscription? For the last years, this is the first time we face such a severe problem. I don't understand what is there problem in sending the customer engineer to rectify the problem. This is my second complaint thru online.
