Reliance Bigtv — no streaming from 2 weeks

It's been more than 2 weeks now, I have made complaint earlier but there is no response from your side. we are not receiving any signals, so look into the issue and get it resolved or else I am going to lodge a complaint in consumer forum.
even after complaining to customer care no use they are just giving falls information.
