Reliance Bigtv — non installation of pre booked connection

I have pre booked reliance big tv connection by pay ing rs 500 hundred and i got a mail stating connection will will be installed with in 30 to 45 days but after four month still not installed . I have booked the connection on the name of shashi bushan mishra location bikaner my booking id is 14526482 dated 17 march2018. no of connection 1.req expedite
