Reliance Bigtv — non installation of product - refund required

Booked my connection on 10th october, on 18th october, i received a notification that the dealer has been assigned my set-top box. Installation would be done in 7 working days.
It's been close to a month now, but no installation has been done.
Moreover, i got a call from the dealer saying that there are cable issues in my area, so installation can be done at my house.

Please refund my booking amount of rs 1999/-

Reliance BigTV customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Piyush Panda Called up Customer Care for the issue.
Customer Care not registering complaint, rather, insisting they will work with the vendor to get the installation done in x days.
Wrote an email to [protected]@independenttv.in, [protected]@reliancedigitaltv.com, [protected]@rbtv.in, [protected]@rbtv.in but NO RESPONSE.
I guess the only option is to file a legal complaint against this company at the local consumer court now.

I pre book RBIG TV connection on 11/3/2018 with rs 500 online transaction company say 30-45 days installation will complete till now after 6 months no response from customer care and all .
