Reliance Bigtv — non receipt of refund / dth connection

I have booked dth connection during last year but not received the same.
Even i have not received to refund against the same till date.
Very recently i come to know that the company has stop the dth business, therefore, refund against the payment made rs.500/- should be processed without any further delay.
