Reliance Bigtv — not getting channels | |||
Hi I have recharged this connection for 2 years in last year and when i paid there was star and sun network channels. For last 6 months i am not getting sun network and for last one month i am not getting start network channels. I have being following up with the customer care at[protected] for last one month for the same issue and every time they are telling it is a technical issue and will be resolved in 48 or 72 hours and the issue is not yet resolved. The customer service person is not even ready to provide me the complaint number to track aswell. Hope i will get a proper response and the issue will be resolved soon. Even i have the recordings from (Rahul) your customer care executive where he is not ready to provide a complaint number or not ready to transfer call to supervisor.
