Reliance Bigtv — not getting product

I was booked Reliance digital dth ste top box on 8rth march, and paid rs 499 in advance as per condition, with promise of installation of dth set top box in maximum 45 days, my booking id number is 12515604, but till date I do not get it .On contacting to customer care No one is responding for that.My id is 12515504.Will you please do something to satisfied many customer like me.
