Reliance Bigtv — not installed after 30 days | |||
Dear team, I booked connection of reliance big tv on pre booing offer on 27/3/2018 and i got message from yor side that my installation will be done withing 45 days. Even after 30day's there is no confirmation received from your side and your customer care even don't have any idea of installation, cancel my connection and refund my money as soon as possible. Reliance Big TV is not working last few weeks again, in starting few channel weren't working but since last week noting is working even customer care is also not working. I don't know, where to complaint and how i will get my money back.
