Reliance Bigtv — not installed reliance big tv even after 4 months — kindly refund my amount

I have booked reliance big tv connection on 11th jul 2018 and my booking id is 14555588. After calling several times to customer care they just keep on increasing the dates but still nothing has happen. I have mailed also but as usual didn't got any reply from anywhere.
