Reliance Bigtv — not received product even after 45 days

Hi

I have booked product on 22nd march, i have received message from axis bank money credited to reliance but i have not received any confirmation message from reliance and every time i call they ask me to wait for 24 hours, i have called about 15 to 20 times
I have not taken any other connection to my tv and its idol for past 2 months, i have gone through lot of stress because of this incident and they do not have any facility to refund the amount
An i am not the only one who faced this problem, it seems lot of other customers have the same problem
Please take action on reliance bigtv and protect customers
