Reliance Bigtv — poor service by independent tv | |||
I have pre-booked for reliance digital tv connection in feb 2018 and i have received the connection after 8 months. At the time of booking, the commitment is giving all hd channels over a period of 1 year. But they are stopping to provide many channels in the name of trai mandate, whereas the mandate supports the user and clearly stated that long term pack shall be continued to commit duration and committed channels without any price rise. First, they have disabled all hd channels, then they are continuously disabling different channels. Now i hardly get 50 channels and that too relay is very bad.
